El Nino rains to return late next week.

Our two week long rain spell Jan 11-26th has most (if not al)l of the state above normal now for precip (100% to 125% for most stations). Most stations were running 50-70% back on January 11th before the spickett turned on. Assuming models are correct and we see another week long plus rainy period late next week through mid February - much of the state should be running close to 110% to 140% above normal.
